Clarian North Medical Center/Riley North was designed with you and your family in mind.  Surface parking, lighted parking lots, large signage and intuitive way finding are all incorporated to make your visit as stress-free as possible. 

Parking

Free parking is available on surface lots located near the entrances to Clarian North Medical Center/Riley North.

Hospital Entrances

Clarian North Medical Center/Riley North has three main entrances:  Women's and Children's, Surgical Specialties, and Emergency Services, all of which provide access to the hospital's first floor. The Women's and Children's and Surgical Specialties entrances, take you directly into the Grand Atrium, and offer covered drop-off locations.

Smoke-Free for Life

We promote the health and wellbeing of our patients, guests, associates and community, which includes providing a smoke-free environment. As such, we kindly ask that you and your guests refrain from smoking anywhere on Clarian North Medical Center/Riley North property.

Touch-Screen Directional Signage

If you enter the hospital from the Women's and Children's, Surgical Specialties or Medical Office Building entrances, you will notice a large electronic touch-screen. This screen is an electronic way finding device, and was built to provide you with a pictorial description of your travel path to help you get to your destination. Information can be attained by searching by physician's name, hospital floor or area of the hospital via a lookup or a scroll feature.

Welcome Center

If you need assistance with way finding or if we can be of any other assistance, highly competent and compassionate Guest Relations Associates are located at the Welcome Center in the Grand Atrium. The Welcome Center is a large round desk located almost in the center of the Grand Atrium. Please allow the Guest Relations Associate in this area to help if you are in need of assistance. 

Main Elevators

The main elevators are located in the center of the Grand Atrium, and are easily noticed as they are covered entirely in cobalt blue glass tiles. If you need assistance, please contact a guest relations associate located at the Welcome Center, adjacent to the main elevators.
