Riley Hospital Safety Store Celebrates Second Birthday

The Riley Hospital Safety Store is celebrating its 2nd Birthday the week of June 5th-8th from11:00a.m.-2p.m each day.  These four days will provide families with the opportunity to become familiar with sun, water, playground and bike safety.  There will be activities and free giveaways for the children each day.  The following are the days and activities that the Safety Store will be hosting:

Tuesday June 5th- Sun Safety:  Children will be able to draw their favorite summer outfit.  Free sunscreen and information will also be provided along with a grand prize.
Wednesday June 6th-Water Safety:  Children will be able to practice water safety while playing a water game.  There will also be free giveaways of sunscreen, chap stick, and a grand prize including a life jacket.
Thursday June 7th-Bike Safety:  Parents will learn how to correctly fit their children with a helmet and have a chance to win a bike and a helmet of their own.
Friday June 8th-Playground Safety:  Children can enjoy the fun of jump roping and hop scotch while learning playground safety tips.
